Successions and donations

The work is intended to offer all legal practitioners (lawyers, practicing lawyers, judges, notaries, etc.) a practical and immediately understandable guide to deepen their knowledge of the institutions of mortis causa successions, divisions and donations, especially with regard to the procedural aspects. The work is completed with a mention of the new institution of the "family covenant," as regulated by Articles 768-bis et seq. of the Civil Code, introduced by Law No. 55 of February 14, 2006. For each institution treated, the reader is presented with an outline to summarize the proceedings, through a series of diagrams and tables, as well as cross-references to other parts of the work. The second part contains the main procedural formulas, useful for dealing with concrete cases; each formula contains a cross-reference to the outline dealing with the institute in question and an explanatory note on some technical aspects of the procedure that may be of help to the reader. The third and fourth parts contain, respectively, the legislation and case law of legitimacy and merit, arranged in chronological order, referred to in the individual schemes.
