With a view to better integration of legal litigation into the firm's system and the best possible interaction between the law firm and Di Paola & Partners' internal debt collection managers, a web platform has been implemented on our computer system that is connected directly to our legal software, giving you the opportunity to be always in line with the firm's practice and to be able to know exactly the course of the case entrusted to your lawyer.

This was made possible through a collaboration between Di Paola & Partners, OAsistemi and Wolters Kluwer-Utet.

In practice, it will be possible:

-see the status of the file

-knowing the next practice deadline (e.g., the next hearing)

-view, download and print all documents contained in the file

-knowing the judge's name, roll number, and all other information in the attorney's possession.

Of course, visibility is limited to practices relevant to the individual client (in fact, a password will delimit the scope of consultation).

This is a major step forward in terms of transparency (the client has immediate perception of the status of the file and knows in real time the changes in the file) and convenience (the system is usable at all times i.e. h24, 365 days a year directly from remote).
