This volume deals with the issue of the issuance by the judge of the so-called anticipatory orders in the course of litigation introduced by the Legislature with the main objective of speeding up the course of the judgment and countering the continuation of litigation initiated for mere defatigatory purposes. The present work analyzes the individual hypotheses of applicability of the three anticipatory orders, also with reference to the time limit within which they can be requested and/or pronounced by the judge in the course of the judgment, as well as the main questions that have arisen regarding the possibility of issuing the same orders in specific cases, such as the compatibility of the individual orders with an injunction and the consequent opposition judgment or with a judgment for compensation for damages resulting from a traffic accident or with a judgment in which one of the parties remains in default.
