Handbook of the injunction

The work, updated to d. Lgs. 28/2010 on mediation aimed at conciliation in civil and commercial matters as well as the reform of the civil process (l. 69/2009), is intended to be an operational tool to assist the professional who deals with debt collection. The text, full of doctrinal and jurisprudential references, delves into the various stages of the injunction procedure up to and including the opposition procedure to the injunction decree. Numerous are the pronouncements of the jurisprudence of legitimacy and merit, as well as of the constitutional court, which have gradually specified and confirmed the scope and effects of the legislative innovations on the injunction procedure. In the era of the telematic process, the discussion on the new possibility of requesting and obtaining an injunction in telematic form and, alternatively, obtaining a conviction in the forms of the new summary procedure of cognition could not be missed. The accompanying CD-ROM contains a practical form with related case law as well as a review of case law by topic and national and European legislation.
