On May 14, 2005, Decree Law No. 35/2005, the "Competitiveness Decree," was converted into law, with which significant changes were introduced, along with Legislative Decree No. 5 of January 9, 2006, regarding bankruptcy proceedings, among which those regarding the bankruptcy revocatory action assume particular importance. Taking into account the importance of this institution in our legal system, it was necessary to go over its purposes and analyze its regulation in the light of the changed legal framework, highlighting the different regulation dedicated by the Civil Code to ordinary revocatory action and highlighting the practical aspects of the reform.
