The work represents an annotated guide for the use of the new code of administrative process ex D.Lgs. July 2, 2010, No. 104 (in Official Gazette July 7, 2010, No. 156). In implementation of the delegation of authority provided for in Article 44 of Law 69/2009 (reform of the civil process), the adjustment of the regulations of the administrative process was prepared according to some specific principles and guidelines. The legislative decree, which is discussed in the work, is divided into four parts: administrative process code (Annex 1), the implementing rules (Annex 2), the transitional rules (Annex 3) and the coordination and repeal rules (Annex 4).
