How to defend against contracts with telephone operators

The text, updated to Legislative Decree No. 130 of August 6, 2015, bearing the principles aimed at harmonizing the regulations relating to alternative dispute resolution for consumers, with formulas and case law, indicates the procedure and strategies to be used to see one's requests upheld It seeks, therefore, to bring order to a context, such as that relating to contracts with telephone operators, where we frequently see contrasts between the interests of users and those of operators in the sector. The cause of this can be found in the disparity of knowledge of the regulatory regulations that characterizes the relationship between these two parties: the former, often uninformed and lacking the assistance that should be guaranteed to them, are looking for the right promotion; the latter are often absent from the requests coming from the former. Exploiting also the indications coming from the AGCOM (Authority for Guarantees in Communications), a tool is offered to reduce that gap that inevitably separates the former from the latter. The volume is a valuable aid for guidance in a sector characterized by the increasingly frequent recourse to judicial protection, neglecting alternative means of settlement for the resolution of disputes between operators and users. For greater clarity, each chapter is accompanied by the specific reference legislation.
