The work delves into the issues that can most frequently arise in insurance contracts. In particular, attention has been paid to the issue of unfair terms within the contract, as well as issues concerning prescription and forfeiture and the powers of insurance agents, distinguishing between those with representation and those without. Another profile of interest concerns the so-called surety insurance and the condominium insurance contract (so-called comprehensive buildings policy), as well as so-called marine insurance. Finally, a whole series of insurance hypotheses among the most frequent in practice were studied, including motor liability, professional insurance, work accident insurance, theft insurance, as well as on some peculiar situations concerning the termination of insurance risk and co-insurance.
